At Moon & Bunny, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and local carrier services.
Customers will receive a tracking number as soon as their order has been dispatched. Please ensure that your shipping information is correct at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love every purchase from Moon & Bunny.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your items.
Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Once the returned item is received and inspected, an eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as personal care items may not be eligible for return.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will gladly assist you.
